Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective July 25, 2026
Hoosier Occupational Training Services provides enrollment terms, tuition obligations, cancellation rights, and any program-specific refund schedule in the applicable enrollment agreement before a student commits to training.
Applicant Cancellation
An applicant may cancel enrollment by providing written notice to the school. Any refund due is determined by the signed enrollment agreement, the student’s program status, and applicable requirements of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, Office for Career and Technical Schools.
Program Withdrawal
A student who begins training and later withdraws should notify the school promptly in writing. Any earned tuition, administrative charges, or refund calculation is handled according to the enrollment agreement and applicable Indiana requirements.
School Cancellation
If the school cancels a class or program before it begins and does not offer an acceptable alternative, payments made for that cancelled class or program are refunded according to the enrollment agreement and applicable law.
Supplies and Third-Party Costs
Books, equipment, testing fees, licensing fees, and other third-party costs may have separate return or refund conditions. These conditions are disclosed when applicable and may depend on whether an item has been used or a third-party charge has already been incurred.
Requesting a Cancellation or Refund Review
Send a written request with the student’s name, program, contact information, and reason for the request to tgiles@hotstraining.com or Hoosier Occupational Training Services, 3750 N Meridian St, Suite 310, Indianapolis, IN 46208. Questions may also be directed to (615) 473-8784.
Controlling Terms
This website provides a general policy summary. The signed enrollment agreement and applicable state requirements control if there is any difference between this summary and a student’s program-specific terms.
